1. Products and Services

The products we offer at RV Resell consist of digital goods. Once a product is purchased, you will receive the delivery link directly via email, allowing you to download the digital product. Due to the nature of digital products, once the link is sent, it is considered "used." Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for purchased products.

Our products include links to suppliers offering vintage clothing and accessories. These links in our bundles are curated based on our own experience, but we do not obligate anyone to make purchases from these suppliers. We are not responsible for any subsequent purchases made through these suppliers.

Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the quality of the items available for purchase from these suppliers will meet your expectations. Please note that some items may only be available for bulk ordering. We are not responsible for further purchases from these suppliers. This is our experience that can be found in our digital products and does not provide financial advice. Be sure to do your own research

 Condition of Second-Hand Clothing Boxes (Important)

The products sold on this website consist of second-hand clothing. Despite careful selection and sorting, some items may show signs of wear, minor damage, or imperfections.

  • We use a grading system for clothing condition:

    • Grade A: Generally in very good condition, minimal signs of wear

    • Grade B: Noticeable signs of wear, minor imperfections allowed, 

  • Per box, a maximum of 20% of the items may differ from the indicated Grade A, and may be Grade B or show minor damage. This means that a box labeled as Grade A may contain items that are partially (up to 20%) Grade B or have minor imperfections. Or it can be there is Xs or XXL in it.

  • We make every effort to describe the items as accurately as possible, but since these are second-hand products, minor deviations are inherent to the nature of the items.

2. Payments

All payments must be made in advance via the available payment methods on our website. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment, and the download link will be provided via email. Please note that once the link has been sent, the product is considered "received," and refunds are not possible.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to provide refunds. Once the delivery link has been sent, the product is marked as "used." We recommend that you carefully review the product before completing your purchase.

6. Liability

We make every effort to provide our products and services without error.
