At RV Resell, our customer is our top priority. We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. Please read below your rights and responsibilities.
Digital Products
The products we offer at RV Resell consist of digital products. The supplier links are sent directly and can be downloaded. Due to the nature of digital products, once the link has been sent, it is considered 'used.' As a result, refunds are generally not possible.
Resell Boxes
Resell boxes are intended for resale and cannot be returned, unless in exceptional cases. If there is an issue, we kindly ask you to contact us within 3 days of receiving the box. We will carefully review your concern, and depending on the situation, a return may be possible.
Condition of Second-Hand Clothing (Important)
The products sold on this website consist of second-hand clothing. Despite careful selection and sorting, some items may show signs of wear, minor damage, or imperfections.

We use a grading system for clothing condition:

Grade A: Generally in very good condition, minimal signs of wear

Grade B: Noticeable signs of wear, minor imperfections allowed

Per box, a maximum of 20% of the items may differ from the indicated Grade A, and may be Grade B or show minor damage. This means that a box labeled as Grade A may contain items that are partially (up to 20%) Grade B or have minor imperfections.

We make every effort to describe the items as accurately as possible, but since these are second-hand products, minor deviations are inherent to the nature of the items.

Shipping costs for a return are at your own expense
Mystery boxes
When purchasing mystery boxes, you will receive one or more items with the contents being unknown in advance. As you are purchasing products that cannot be seen beforehand, returns are not possible in this case.
